Making an Impact

When a women arrives at Grace Home, she is often pregnant and homeless, dealing with substance abuse, has little to no medical care, is lacking proper nutrition and a healthy support system.

Upon leaving Grace Home, over 80% are moving into a stable environment and are parenting healthy babies with a critical support system in place. Educational goals are being pursued and they are working on building a living wage to support themselves and their babies.

50+

Women and Babies

Since opening our doors in 2015, over 50 women and babies have lived in Grace Home. Each woman has a community of support to help her succeed gaining the tools she needs to make a good life for mom and baby.

100+

Hours per year

Each mother and baby has consistent medical care during pregnancy and beyond with nutritional support. Counseling and substance abuse recovery support are part of each resident’s care plan. Combined, each of theses services eclipse more than 100 hours of wellness support for each resident and her child!

250+
